After filling in the assessment results for Phase 2A Evaluation (Assessment Matrix), you will be redirected to Phase 2B Evaluation (Prioritisation Matrix).

In the Cost Categories as a % of Annual Revenue section, you can input the cost categories as a percentage of the annual revenue of the facility/site/plant you are assessing. You do not necessarily need to fill it up to 100%; you can input a total of more than 100% or less than 100%.

In the Top KPI Categories section, you can select the top KPI categories of the facility/site/plant you are assessing. You need to choose 5 KPIs. Once you have chosen 5 KPIs, the checkboxes will be disabled to click. When you need to change the KPI, simply click on the previous KPI and then select the new one.

In the Planning Horizon section, you are required to select the planning horizon for the facility/site/plant you are assessing. You can choose between Strategic, Tactical, or Operational. The Cost Factor, KPI Factor, and Proximity Factor number will change depending on the planning horizon you select.

In the Proximity to Best-in-Class section, you can see the Industry Cluster, Industry Sector, and Industry SubClassification of the facility/site/ plant you are assessing.

If you want to clear all the assessment data, you can click on the 'Clear Data' button. Or after all the assessment data has been filled in, you can calculate the assessment result by clicking on the 'Calculate' button.

The assessment result will be displayed in the Key Dimensions to Prioritize section, divided into the Process, Organisation, and Technology categories. Each category has a highlighted matrix(es) with the best score. Click on the ‘Finish Trial Assessment’ button to finish with the trial assessment.

A pop-up window will appear. You can choose to save the trial assessment or delete it. After making your choice, click on the ‘Finish’ button.

The trial assessment has been completed. You can now begin your assessment.
