Trial Assessment - Phase 2A - Evaluation (Assessment Matrix)

After filling in the information for Phase 1A Planning & Preparation, you will be redirected to Phase 2A Evaluation (Assessment Matrix).





In this phase, you must fill out your assessment results for the facility/site/plant that you are assessing. You must choose a number between 0 and 5 for each dimension. To fill in the dimensions, simply drag the number between 0 and 5 in the 'Band' option. This is a mandatory field.





The definition of each dimension will change depending on the band you choose by clicking the   icon.





You need to fill in the assessor notes for each dimension in the 'Assessor Note' field. This is a mandatory field.





Click on the   icon next to the assessor note field to make the field bigger. Click on the ‘Save’ button to save the assessor note.





Add a key technology matrix that lists the current facility/site technologies available for each dimension in the ‘Key Technologies’ hyperlink. You can input up to four key technology values.




Click on the ‘Key Technologies’ hyperlink and a pop-up will appear.




  1. Input the action plan based on the prioritized roadmap in the ‘Technology Observed’ field. This is a mandatory field.
          
  1. Input the description of the use-case and its benefit in the ‘Description’ field. This is a mandatory field.
          
  1. Input the total expenses incurred in the process of putting a plan, system, or project into action in the ‘Implementation Cost’ field.
          
  1. Input the amount of cost-savings that was achieved by implementing the solution in the ‘Recoverable Value’ field.
          
  1. Select one or more processes that contribute to the action plan and indicate where it is applicable in the ‘Application Area’ field.
          
  1. Input the percentage between 0%-100% of impact that the implementation of solution brought across the KPIs and Cost Profile in the ‘Impact Observed’ field.
          
  1. After finish inputting the key technology matrix information, click on the ‘Submit’ button to submit the key technology matrix or click on the ‘Submit and add another value’ to add another key technology matrix.
          

  1. You can edit the key technology matrix by clicking the   icon or you can delete it by clicking the  icon.
           


You can also add your observation to the assessment by clicking the 'Observation' button.





A pop-up window will appear. You can choose between Upload Observation or Editor Observation.




  1. If you want to upload your observation, choose the Upload Observation option, and then click on the 'Observation Template' button to download the observation template that SIRI provided.
          
  1. After downloading the template document to your device, you can add your observation to the document. Once finished, you can upload the document by clicking or dragging and dropping it into the pop-up window. Then click on the ‘Save’ button.
          
  1. If you want to input your observation, choose the Editor Observation option and then click on the 'Type Observation' button.
          
  1. Then, an editor window will appear. You can input your observation in the editor window and click on the 'Save' button after you finish inputting your observation.
          


If you want to clear all the assessment data, simply click on the 'Clear Data' button.





If you want to save the assessment data and continue again later, simply click on the 'Save Data' button.





After all the assessment results are filled in and you want to go to the next phase, simply click on the 'Next Phase' button. Then you will be redirected to Phase 2B Evaluation (Prioritisation Matrix).
