Transfer Assessments

Transfer Assessments allows you to migrate your assessment to another assessor or company. All assessments should be completed before you want to perform an assessment transfer. Click on the ‘Transfer Assessments’ to start transferring your assessment.





A pop-up window will appear. You can transfer it to another assessor or to INCIT. If you are an assessor under a company contract, you can also transfer it to Company Admin.



  1. If you choose to transfer your assessment to another assessor, enter the assessor ID/assessor email address in the ‘Assessor ID/Email’ field. The 'Assessor Name' field will be automatically filled in with assessor name and disabled to edit.
          
  1. After you choose the recipient of the assessment, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
          
  1. A pop-up window will appear to confirm the transfer assessment request. Click on the ‘Submit’ button to continue.
          
  1. After you submit the request, if you choose to transfer it to another assessor, the recipient of the transfer assessment will receive an email notification to confirm the transfer.
          
          Once the recipient confirms the transfer, all your assessments will be transferred to the recipient.


If you want to cancel your transfer, click on the ‘Cancel Request’ button.
