Reopen Assessment

If you want to reopen an assessment, select the assessment you want to reopen and click on the  icon in the Assessment table. You can only reopen an assessment with a Complete or Expired status.





Then a pop-up window will appear. Input your reason to reopen the assessment in the ‘Reason’ field. This is a mandatory field. Then click on the ‘Submit’ button to confirm reopening of the assessment.





And your assessment has been reopened. You only have two weeks to finish the assessment.





In the Assessment table, you will find that the assessment's status changes to Reopen, and the reopened assessment will appear with an Ongoing status.





To view your reopen assessment, in the Assessment table click on the  icon.





Then you can continue the assessment. There is information that stated that you are currently opening a duplicate assessment and a due date to complete the assessment.





Note:
  1. Complete Assessment: When you finish the reopen assessment, the status of the previous assessment would change to Invalid. If you failed to complete the assessment, the reopen assessment will be deleted, and SIRI will use the previous assessment status. You can reopen a completed assessment twice, but a valid reason is required for each request.
  2. Expired Assessment: the reopen assessment workflow will extend the time for the assessment. However, if you do not complete the assessment within the extended time, the assessment will expire again, and you will not be able to extend it further.
