Login for the First Time to SIRI Portal - Company Assessor

If you intend to take the assessment on behalf of your company, you can also sign up for your company by clicking on the ‘Sign Up as Company’ button.





Then you will be redirected to the Company Contracts page. 





Enter the general information for your company in the General Information section.




  1. Input your company name in the ‘Company Name’ field. This is a mandatory field.
  2. Input your company registration number in the ‘Company Registration Number’ field. This is a mandatory field.
  3. Input the company phone number in the ‘Company Phone Number’ field. This is a mandatory field.
  4. The ‘Location’ field is pre-filled as 'Industrial’, but you can change it accordingly if it does not match your company's location type.
  5. Input your company address in the ‘Company Address’ field. This is a mandatory field.
  6. Input the city where your company is in in the ‘City’ field. This is a mandatory field.
  7. Input the state where your company is in in the ‘State’ field.
  8. Choose the county where your company is in in the ‘Country’ field. This is a mandatory field.
  9. Input the postal code of your company in the ‘Postal Code’ field.
  10. Input the link to your company website in the ‘Company Website’ field.

Enter the contract partner’s information for your company in the Contract Partners section.




  1. Input the designation of your main signing party from your company in the ‘Designation’ field in the Main Signing Party sub-section. This is a mandatory field.
  2. Input the first name of the witness person from your company in the ‘First Name’ field in the Witness Person sub-section. This is a mandatory field.
  3. Input the last name of the witness person from your company in the ‘Last Name’ field in the Witness Person sub-section. This is a mandatory field.
  4. Input the email of the witness person from your company in the ‘Email’ field in the Witness Person sub-section. This is a mandatory field.
  5. Input the designation of the witness person from your company in the ‘Designation’ field in the Witness Person sub-section. This is a mandatory field.

After filling out all the mandatory fields, click the ‘Confirm’ button.





Then you will be redirected to the Pending page. 





You will receive a company contract via email from Zoho. Once your contract has been processed and signed by INCIT (this will take 2-3 business days), you can log in to the SIRI portal and do your assessment.
