Forgot Your Password
If you forget your password to the SIRI portal, you can reset your password. Go to https://siri.incit.org/ then click on the 'Login' button.
Input your email address in the 'Email' field then click on the 'Submit' button.
If you input an unregistered email address, an error message will appear at the top of the page.
If you input the correct email address, a message confirming your email will appear at the top of the page. After submitting your email, click on the ‘Password’ button.
Then click on the 'Forgot Password' link.
After that, you will get an OTP in your email. The OTP is valid for 30 minutes.
Input the OTP in the 'Request Token' field then click on the 'Submit' button. If you didn't get the OTP, click the 'Send Token Again' link to resend the OTP.
Next, you will be redirected to the Reset Password page. Enter your new password in the 'New Password' and 'Re-Enter Password' fields. The password is a minimum of 8 characters and should contain:
- At least one lowercase character (a, b, c, etc.)
- At least one uppercase character (A, B, C, etc.)
- At least one number (1, 2, 3, etc.)
- At least one special character (!, @, #, &, ;, etc.)
Click on the 'Submit' button after you enter your new password.
Then you can re-login to the SIRI portal using your new password.
