Edit Parent/Subsidiary Details from Dashboard
To edit parent/subsidiary details from assessment from the
Dashboard click on the

icon at the assessment table.
Then a pop-up window will appear.
- You can choose the organisation type. If it is a parent company, then choose the ‘Parent Company’ option. If it is a subsidiary company choose the ‘Subsidiary Company’ option.
- You can select the parent company/subsidiary company from your previous assessment by switching the 'Select from previous assessment' toggle.
Then a list of previous assessments will appear. If this is your first assessment, there will be no previous assessments.
If this is not your first assessment, you will see a list of your previous assessments. You can select the parent/subsidiary company in the 'Select previous assessment' field. This is a mandatory field.
- If the parent/subsidiary company is not in your previous assessment, you can add the company name in the 'Company Name' field. Add the parent/subsidiary business identification number in the 'Business Identification Number' field. Both fields are mandatory.
- After that, click on the 'Add Parent' or 'Add Subsidiary' button to add the parent/subsidiary company.
- Then the parent/subsidiary company will be shown in the Parent/Subsidiary table.
You can add both parent and subsidiary company to the facility/site that you are assessing. You can add more than one subsidiary company but only one parent company.
You can also delete the parent/subsidiary company by clicking on the

icon.
