To use SIRI, there are four documents that you can access and view to understand the rules, limitations, and regulations associated with using the service, which are:

1. Certified Assessor Agreement
   
2. Terms and Conditions of OSA Programme
   
3. Assessment Pricing
   
4. General Term of Use

To view the Terms and Conditions of OSA Programme document, click on the 'Terms and Conditions of OSA Programme' menu at the left sidebar.

Then you will be redirected to the Assessment and Obligation page.

1. You can refresh the document by clicking the  button.
2. To go to the next page of the document click on the  button.
3. To go back to the previous page of the document click on the  button.
4. To download the document, click on the  button. The document will be downloaded to your device.
