In Phase 3 - Analysis & Review, you can preview and download the report documents and the declaration form that you have agreed upon in pre-assessment form.

To preview the documents, click on the 'Preview Report/Preview Form' button.

Then the document will be opened in a new tab. Here, you can view the assessment report/declaration form from the facility/site/plant that you are assessing.

To download the documents, click on the 'Download Report/Download Form' button, and the documents will be downloaded to your device.
