Company Details - Subsidiaries Companies with Their Own Subsidiaries

If your facility or site is a subsidiary company with its own subsidiaries, you can find your company and your parent company information at the header of the page.





You can view all the assessments conducted at your facility/site in the Assessment History section.





You can also view the assessments from your subsidiary companies in the Subsidiary Company List section.



  1. To view an assessment for your facility/site or your subsidiaries company, simply click on the  icon in the Action column.
           
          
           You will see an assessment history for the subsidiary company. Click on the  icon in the Action column to view an assessment.
           

           Then you will be redirected to the Assessment Summary page.
           
  1. By default, it will only show the assessment result. But if you want to view all assessment phases, you can toggle the ‘Show Only Assessment Result’ option off. All the assessment phases will appear.
           

           To view other phases, simply click on the phase tab.
           
  1. If your assessment is completed, you can download the assessment report by clicking on the ‘Download Assessment Report’ button. The assessment report document will be downloaded to your device. If the assessment is still ongoing, the ‘Download’ button will be disabled to click.
                     
  1. You can also review the assessor by clicking on the ‘Review Assessor’ button.
           

           A pop-up will appear. Rate the assessor by clicking the star and you can also input your feedback to the assessor in the ‘Feedback’ field. Click on the ‘Submit’ button to submit your rating.
