For any feedback or queries regarding Client portal or INCIT, click on the 'Support' option in the left sidebar menu.
Then a feedback form will appear.
Enter your contact name in the 'Contact Name' field.
Enter your email address in the 'Email Address' field. This is a mandatory field.
Choose a classification of your ticket in the 'Classification' field. This is a mandatory field.
Enter a subject to your ticket in the 'Subject' field.
Enter a description of your ticket in the 'Description' field.
To proceed with your ticket, enter the captcha in the 'Captcha' field. In case the captcha doesn't appear, you can click the 'Refresh' button to generate a new one. This is a mandatory field.
If you have any attachments related to your ticket, click on the 'Attachment' icon located at the bottom of the form.
From there, select the file you want to attach then upload it. Please note that you can add multiple attachments, but you need to upload them one by one. If you want to remove an attachment, click on the 'Remove' icon at the respective attachment.
Once you have filled in all the ticket details, click on the 'Submit' button to submit your ticket. Alternatively, you can click on the 'Reset' button to clear the form and start over. Once your ticket is submitted, our team will review it and get in touch with you as soon as possible.
